Status of digital accessibility:
This website is partially compliant with the appendix of the Digital Accessibility Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the [incompatibilities and exclusions] listed below.
Inaccessible content:
Non-compliance with the annex:
- The graphic elements on the examined subpages mostly do not contain informative content. However, not all of them are marked as decorative with an empty alt attribute, the attribute is missing in the code. The errors will be corrected as part of the implementation of the development services contract on the site, by the end of September 2025.
- The ‘About the study’ page lacks alternative text for the graphic with the emblem and the Polish flag, which informs about the project's funding from the state budget. Textual information about this is included in the body of the article on the page. The error will be corrected as part of the implementation of the contract for development services on the site, by the end of June 2025.
- On the homepage and other pages of the website, it is not possible to open the drop-down list from the top menu on the homepage. Menu items not available in the dropdown list, are made available in the site's repeat menu. The error will be rectified as part of the development services contract for the site, by the end of September 2025.
- On the ‘forecast in industries’ pages, it is not possible to collapse the window with the selected industry, which is possible with the mouse. The errors will be corrected as part of the implementation of the development services contract on the site, by the end of September 2025.
- On the ‘List of professions alphabetically’ page, it is not possible to select with the keyboard items containing data for a specific year. The errors will be corrected as part of the implementation of the development services contract on the site, by the end of September 2025.

- On the subpages examined, we identified a role mismatch with NVDA, i.e. the pages display buttons and NVDA reports that they are links. Despite the incorrect role assignment, it is possible for the user to understand from context the function of the element. The errors will be corrected as part of the implementation of the development services contract on the site, by the end of September 2025.
